Another beautiful day in the great Northeast. Sunny, warm high about 60.
My daughter got a late start getting off to New York City this morning. She woke up later than she wanted and wasn't sure if she was going to go and then she went. She was going to pick up cousins D and D's friend at their hotel and drive down to Soho, or is it up to Soho. Do a little shopping have lunch and then come home.
We got out early this morning and went to the apple orchard. I bought two pies. One apple, walnut caramel and one apple crumb. We got Macintosh and Delicious apples and apple cider donuts. Then we went to Lowe's to get the remaining two knobs I needed for the dresser. Came home and dropped everything at the house and then back out to grab some lunch. Came home and I had a quick game of Scrabble with y neighbor. I was going to take one of the pies to my cousin's house later but my friend who was going to come with me was not feeling. My cousin was one of the girls on our cruise as was my friend and we were going to re cap the cruise and have some laughs. We will have to do it during the week.
After our game of Scrabble my neighbor wanted to go and get some mums for her front yard, so we did that and she got some apples and corn stalks and pumpkins.
I had made a pot of chili yesterday so mealtime this evening was a breeze.
